Practice Assessments
Determining what’s working and what needs to be
improved in your practice can be frustrating.
Even more frustrating is not understanding why
things are going wrong.
Our Practice Assessment determines your practice’s unique success
points and where improvements are needed. During an assessment
we analyze your practice systems, conduct a staffing analysis,
and conduct a financial analysis. You receive a written report
identifying your success points and your areas for improvement.
Associateships
Bringing another dentist into your practice can
be a big challenge if you don’t carefully choose and train
the right individual. We will help you identify whether your
practice can support an associate and the characteristics
of your ideal associate. We will also help you create an Associateship Agreement
