About Our President

Deborah Odell has shared her expertise in practice management, team building, human resource management, and business strategy with dentists and some of America’s leading corporations for more than 15 years.

Ms. Odell has taught dentists and executives at some of the nation’s leading dental and business schools including the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Ms. Odell has contributed her knowledge and insights through publications including Dental Practice Report, The Journal of the Ontario Dental Association and Dental Auxiliary Magazine. She is a regular columnist for Dental Practice Report.

Ms. Odell earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in business strategy and policy. She continues her passion for learning through her memberships in the Society of Human Resource Management, the Institute of Management Consultants, and the American Society of Training and Development.
